Quality and Compliance

To ensure that our standards are met throughout exam delivery, the Quality and Compliance Assessment (QCA) process follows a quarterly cycle. It is completed by experienced assessors from our compliance team who are independent from our exam centres and partners.

Through the QCA process we ensure:

  • Our data and physical storage infrastructure is robust
  • Confidential materials, whether physical or digital, are always kept secure
